Shopping cart is empty error (window cookie setting instructions)
It sounds like you may have your privacy settings too high, and some of our pages within our site require cookies to be accepted. Mainly 3rd party cookies. To fix this problem, please follow the instructions below:
For cookies in Internet Explorer, go to tools, internet options, then privacy. The slider will range as follows: Accept All Cookies (low) to From original party only (high). In order to view some of our pages within our site, the cookie settings MUST be set to the lowest setting, Accept all cookies. You should now be able to add an item to your shopping cart and have it appear on the screen. If you still are have a problem, please call customer service at our toll-free number for assistance.
How do I change cookie settings?
Follow these steps:
1. Click Edit
2. Select Preferences
3. Under the Receiving Files option, select Cookies
4. Under When receiving cookies, select the desired level of cookie acceptance
5. Click OK to finish
